Caring
for your vinyl banners
CLEANING
We recommend that after every use you clean your banner. You
can use a mild spray cleaner such as 409 with paper
towels.
STORAGE
After cleaning your banner roll the banner onto the tube lettering
side out. Place the banner back into its plastic bag, and store
it in its shipping box. Do not store in extremely warm places.
For best results store banners in a closet or storeroom at temperatures
ranging from 50º F to 85º F. Never fold your banner, or roll it
without its tube, this can cause permanent creases.
HOT
BANNERS
If you use your banner in a hot environment, the banner may be
warm, or even hot to the touch when you take it down. This is
the time when your banner is the most fragile. Handle it gently,
and try not to get creases in it. If at all possible lay your
banner in the shade for 15-30 minuets before rolling it onto the
tube. Remember to roll your banner with the vinyl lettering out.
REORDERS
If your banner is damaged or stolen (or you just need more), you
can reorder your banner at a reduced price. Reorders are normally
discounted 10% to 15%. We may be able to discount your reorder
up to 30% depending on the complexity of your banner and the quantity
